Buy roofing leads

Buy roofing leads that arrive as appointments.

If you have bought roofing leads before, you know the problem. You get a name, a phone number, maybe an address, and your team spends the next week trying to reach someone who may not even remember requesting anything.

That is not what we sell. We talk to the homeowner, qualify the opportunity against criteria we agree on with you, and book the inspection on your calendar.

You are buying a sit-down inspection appointment: the homeowner shows up and the inspection is completed. Not a record in a file.

Roofing contractor's calendar filled with confirmed homeowner inspection appointments

What you are actually buying

A list is not an opportunity.

Most roofing leads are homeowner information. A name. A phone number. An address.

Then the work becomes yours. Your team has to call, qualify, follow up, schedule, and confirm.

Our model starts where the list stops. We handle the conversation, qualification, follow-up, scheduling, and confirmation. What lands on your calendar is the result of that work.

You are not paying for a file. You are paying for the process that turns a homeowner into a scheduled inspection.

If you want the deeper comparison, read leads vs appointments or the overview of roofing leads.

How the model works

We don't sell homeowners a roofing job. We introduce the opportunity.

What we do

We open the door

We start with a real conversation. We talk to the homeowner, understand why they are considering an inspection, answer the initial questions, handle common objections, and determine whether the opportunity fits the campaign criteria.

If it does, we schedule the inspection.

We do not sell the roof. We create the opportunity. During that first conversation, we represent your company professionally, the way you would want your best office person to sound.

What you do

You are the expert

Once the appointment is booked, your team takes over. You inspect the property, assess the roof, explain the options, prepare the estimate, and handle the project.

You bring the roofing expertise. We bring the conversation.

Qualification

We define "qualified" before we start.

There is no moving target. Before the first appointment is booked, we agree on what a qualified homeowner looks like for your campaign. We document the criteria, build the campaign around it, and work against the same standard throughout the campaign.

If an appointment does not meet the agreed qualification standard, it does not count. You are not charged for a no-show, and a missed appointment is replaced or credited.

Criteria can include:

  • Homeowner ownership of the property
  • Single-family property
  • Decision maker present
  • Approved service territory
  • Roof age and material
  • Insurance or financing considerations
  • Any other campaign-specific requirement

The handoff

What lands on your calendar.

When an appointment is booked, your team gets the information needed to walk in prepared:

Homeowner name
Property address
Verified phone number
Appointment date and time
Qualification notes
Relevant information shared during the homeowner conversation

No guessing. No cold handoff. Your rep knows who they are meeting and why the homeowner agreed to the appointment.

What you are paying for

You are not paying for a name and phone number. You are paying for the work required to turn that homeowner into a completed sit-down inspection:

  • The homeowner conversation
  • Qualification against your criteria
  • Follow-up until the appointment is set
  • Scheduling on your calendar
  • Confirmation before you show up
  • The homeowner shows up and the inspection is completed

Why start with a package?

Five appointments don't tell us much. A package gives us enough activity to see what is working, identify problems, and optimize the campaign before we judge the market. We would rather have enough information to make good decisions than pretend we can learn everything from a handful of appointments.

Qualification criteria are agreed on with you

Before a campaign starts, we agree on what counts as a qualified appointment in your market. Criteria can include:

  • Homeowner ownership of the property
  • Single-family property
  • Homeowner present at the appointment
  • Approved service territory
  • Roof age
  • Roofing material
  • Insurance or financing considerations
  • Any other requirement your campaign needs

Who does what

We handle

  • The homeowner conversation
  • Qualification
  • Follow-up
  • Scheduling
  • Confirmation

You handle

  • The inspection
  • Documentation and assessment
  • Claim coordination
  • The quote
  • The project

We create the opportunity. You do your job.

A qualified appointment is a sit-down roofing inspection where the homeowner shows up and the inspection is completed, meeting the campaign criteria agreed before launch. The 35-appointment volume is subject to market qualification: the available market generally needs 150,000+ single-family homes, or a 60-mile service radius with enough single-family homeowner density to support the volume, and your team needs the capacity to run it. You are buying qualified inspection opportunities, not guaranteed roofing jobs. We do not promise sales, revenue, financing approval, or signed contracts.

Who this works best for

This works best when you're ready for the appointments.

The model works best when you have the people and systems to handle the opportunities we create.

Someone who can run the inspection
A defined service area
Fast homeowner follow-up
A functioning sales process
CRM and customer operations
Capacity to take on additional work

We can create the opportunity. We can't make you work it.

The honest part

An appointment is not a roofing job.

This is worth saying plainly. A qualified inspection appointment does not guarantee a sale, a signed contract, financing approval, or an installation.

What we are responsible for is the opportunity: a qualified homeowner, expecting your team, at an agreed time.

What happens at the kitchen table is roofing. We create the opportunity. You do your job.

FAQ

Questions contractors ask before buying

How much does it cost to buy roofing leads from PreBooked?
You buy a set volume of qualified sit-down inspection appointments: 10 for $2,500 ($250 each), 20 for $4,700 ($235 each), or 35 for $7,525 ($215 each). The 35-appointment volume is subject to market qualification. An appointment counts when the homeowner shows up and the inspection is completed. The qualification criteria for your market are agreed on before anything launches.
Why start with a package?
Five appointments don't tell us much. A package gives us enough activity to see what is working, identify problems, and optimize the campaign before we judge the market.
Am I buying a list of homeowner contacts?
No. You are buying the work behind a booked inspection: the homeowner conversation, qualification against your criteria, follow-up, scheduling, and confirmation. What you receive is a confirmed appointment with context, not a file of names.
What happens if the homeowner does not show up?
You are not charged for a no-show. If an appointment misses the agreed standard, let us know within 24 hours and it is replaced or credited under the replacement policy.
Do you guarantee the appointment turns into a job?
No. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, financing approval, or a signed contract. We deliver a qualified homeowner who is expecting you at an agreed time. The inspection, the quote, and the project are yours.
Who sets the qualification criteria?
You do, together with us. Before a campaign starts, we agree on what counts as a qualified appointment in your market: ownership, property type, territory, roof age, and anything else your campaign needs.
Can I choose my service area?
Yes. Campaigns are built around your approved territory, and we work with one roofing company per Metro Area.

Next step

Let's see what qualifies in your market.

Tell us where you work, what you install, and what a qualified homeowner looks like for you. We'll show you how we would structure the campaign and what the qualification standard would look like. Then you can decide if it makes sense.
