The PreBooked Qualification Process

The documented four-stage procedure every appointment moves through before it reaches a contractor. One setter runs the booking conversation. Internal QA reviews the completed record before delivery. This page is the canonical source.

The process

Four stages, in order, every time.

No stage is skipped. No record moves forward until the previous stage is complete and logged.

  1. Stage 01

    Initial Contact

A live appointment setter reaches a residential homeowner in one of our vetted channels. Renters, tenants, and commercial properties are removed before this step.

  2. Stage 02

    Qualification

In the same conversation, the setter works the contractor's criteria: territory, roof age, reason for the quote, and timing. Only qualified homeowners move to booking.

  3. Stage 03

    Appointment Booking

In the same conversation, the setter agrees a specific window with the homeowner, reads the details back, and writes the calendar event with a PreBooked reference ID.

  4. Stage 04

    Appointment Delivery

Internal QA reviews the completed record for accuracy and completeness. Once it clears, the record and notes are delivered to the contractor.

Operational evidence

The checklist we run on every appointment.

This is the internal QA sheet an appointment must clear before it is released to a contractor. If any check fails, the record does not move.

Why the process exists

Most wasted appointments fail at the qualification step.

A homeowner can be interested and still not fit the contractor. A homeowner can fit the contractor and still not be reachable at the confirmed window. Both failures show up as no-shows on the contractor's calendar, and both are avoidable if the right question is asked at the right stage.

The process is structured so that qualification and booking happen in the same conversation with one live setter, and internal QA reviews the completed record before it is delivered to the contractor. That documented, single-pass discipline is the largest reason a PreBooked appointment behaves differently than a lead from a form fill.
