How is this different from a lead generation agency?+
Lead agencies sell traffic and form fills. We sell verified, scheduled appointments. A live human agent confirms ownership, roof condition, and a time slot before anything reaches your calendar.
Are appointments exclusive to my company?+
Yes. Every appointment is generated for your territory and your business only. We never share, resell, or recycle homeowner contacts.
Do you work with any roofing contractor?+
No. We partner with established U.S. roofing companies that have the crews, the sales process, and the office capacity to handle a steady appointment flow. The strategy call confirms fit.
What does pricing look like?+
We offer three options: Pilot Partnership includes 10 appointments for $2,250 ($225 each), Growth Partnership includes 25 for $5,000 ($200 each), and Scale Partnership includes 50 for $8,750 ($175 each). Availability depends on territory and current capacity.
How much do roofing appointments cost?+
Pilot Partnership is $2,250 for 10 appointments ($225 each), Growth Partnership is $5,000 for 25 ($200 each), and Scale Partnership is $8,750 for 50 ($175 each). These are the same options published in the homepage pricing section.
What happens if an appointment is not qualified?+
We replace it free. Let us know within 24 hours by email and we credit your account back. You only pay for appointments that meet the standard.
How fast can we get started?+
Most contractors begin receiving appointments inside 24 to 72 hours of kickoff, once we lock your territory, finalize qualification criteria, and connect your calendar.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?+
No long-term contract. We work in packages. Once your package is fulfilled, you can pause or renew.
Which markets do you cover?+
We operate in 42 states. Availability depends on whether your territory is currently open. Territories are sold one contractor per market.
How do you handle no-shows?+
Phone verification cuts no-shows down hard. When one does happen, we look at the call recording with you and replace the appointment if it was on us.
Will the appointments work with my CRM?+
Yes. We integrate with Google Calendar, Outlook, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, and most major roofing CRMs. We handle the setup during onboarding.
